I want to use two of my four processor cores for a custom program. I use
/boot/cmdlineto isolate cores 1 and 2 and run my program with
taskset 0x6 chrt -f 1 <program>.
I also found that I can set
Does cpuAffinity set the cpu affinity for the cores that the operating system should use? So if I want all the OS processes to run on the unisolated cores should I set
cpuAffinity=0,3 to get (almost) uninterrupted performance on my isolated cores?
